The conference registration fee will be levied according to the following arrangements. Please fill in your information and submit your bank remittance receipt for further arrangement. Successful registration will receive an email with a “registration number” please put your “registration number” on the title of your submission document.
Our scientific team will consider your abstract or conference proposal. However, you might have the risk of paying the cancellation fee if you cannot attend the conference when your abstract is not accepted.

Registration entitlements

1. Conference Registration includes conference materials and entry to all conference sessions, the Welcome Reception, lunches, the Banquet and Tea Breaks.

2. All non-IAICS members will become a member after the fee is paid.  City University of Macau will arrange the transfer of your membership registration fee (USD 30 per person) to the designated IAICS account after the conference is completed.

Registration cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail: iaicsinfo@cityu.mo

Cancellations received before 20 February 2023: full refund minus HKD200.

Cancellations received before 10 March 2023: full refund minus HKD300.

Cancellations received on and after 20 March 2023 will not be entitled to a refund.

Bank transaction fees which result from sending the refund to your account will not be covered by IAICS. Transaction fees will be within your responsibility.

Cancellations of travel reservation and hotel reservation are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant and will not be processed by the IAICS.
